The SBI PO examination is held in three phases. The first phase is an online 100 marker paper which lasts for 1 hour. The paper comprises of questions that test the candidate's Numerical Aptitude, English, and Reasoning Aptitude. For every correct answer, the candidate gets one point. The paper has negative marking as well. For every wrong answer one-fourth of the assigned marks are deducted from the question. The ones who clear this phase get qualified for the second phase. The second phase is the main exam. It is rather difficult to clear. But we prepare our students well for that as well. This is also an online exam, held over a duration of 3 hours. The exam has two sections - the objective questions and the descriptive paper. The objective section comprises of questions related to English, general awareness, reasoning/computer, data interpretation, and analysis. The descriptive section has a 30 minutes duration where you have to attempt questions like essay writing, letter writing, etc. Finally, the ones who qualify for this exam are called for an interview. The marks obtained in the main exam and the interview determine your selection as an SBI PO.
